MHHC Awarded Grant Opportunity to Support New Integrative Health & Wellness Center

MHHC is honored to be selected as a Mother Cabrini Health Foundation grantee. This partnership supports our new integrative health and wellness center that will put non-clinical needs in parity with clinical care through an exciting and innovative care model. Once operational in 2027, this facility will serve our high-need, under-resourced communities by addressing all the key determinants of health outcomes: Lifestyle behaviors, financial stability/employment, education, social support, and preventive/primary clinical care.
