Family Medicine
Family Physicians and Family Nurse Practitioners are trained in providing
health care services to people of all ages, from newborns to seniors,
the entire “family”. They can provide a wide range of services
from routine preventative healthcare measures, including those related
to family planning and women’s health, as well as, management of
acute and chronic diseases. Some providers are also skilled in prenatal
management and small in-office procedures.

- Well adult visits and check-ups
- Well child checks, including newborns and adolescents
- Immunizations
- Women’s health preventative and acute services, including pap smears
- Men’s Health services
- Prenatal care
- Family Planning services including insertion of IUDs and Nexplanon
- HIV – Counseling, testing and treatment
- Management of acute diseases for all patients
- Management and coordination of care for all chronic diseases for all age groups
- Minor in-office procedures
