IPA Navigation Program

Our IPA Navigators located at the Health Connections building at Grand Avenue, target the uninsured residents in the communities we serve to determine if they qualify for Medicaid, Family Health Plus, and Child Health Plus. IPA Navigators assist with filling out and processing the applications. They further assist applicants to select a managed care plan and, in some cases, help them to select a primary care physician.
