2. Breastfeeding Support

We are dedicated to promoting and supporting breastfeeding as an essential component of infant health. MHHC WIC provides expert assistance from trained nutritionists and peer counselors. We also offer manual, electric, and hospital-grade breast pumps to ensure you have the tools you need to succeed.

3. Referrals to Additional Services
MHHC WIC helps connect you to a wide array of resources, including healthcare, housing, and other community services, ensuring you have the support necessary for your family’s well-being.

4. Individualized Food Packages

Our culturally tailored food packages are thoughtfully designed to meet the unique dietary needs of your family. In addition to seasonal access to farmers' markets and Health Bucks, we offer engaging culinary classes for children, making healthy eating enjoyable for the whole family. You can also use your Health Bucks at our monthly Healthy Destination Wellness Wednesday events, held in partnership with GrowNYC. 5. eWIC Card
Your WIC benefits are loaded onto an eWIC card, which functions like a debit card. Use it to purchase WIC-approved foods at participating stores. Learn more about how to use your eWIC card.
