Your School-Based Health Center is Transitioning to Managed Care!

Starting April 1, 2025, services provided by our School-Based Health Center (SBHC) will be billed through Medicaid Managed Care (MMC) Plans for eligible students.

What this Means:

• Students with Child Health Plus or private insurance will not be impacted by this transition.
• Improved care coordination with students’ primary care providers (PCPs).
• Continued access to the same comprehensive services at no out-of-pocket cost to families.
