PACT Retreat

On Friday, November 11th, there was an All-Staff Retreat, where MHHC introduced the basic principles of Politness, Accountablility, Commitment, and Thoughtfulness-- also known as the PACT. This retreat marked a new chapter in the organizations history. The staff spent the day at Albert Tuitt High School learning the foundational Principles of the PACT, which focused on improving patient centered care. From this day forward, MHHC promises to impact the PACT and truly embody "The Caring Place".
